The team at InterContinental Resorts French Polynesia extends its deepest sympathies to those globally affected by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). As we take this time to ready our properties for their inevitable recovery in the wake of the pandemic, the safety and wellbeing of both our hotel guests and employees remain our highest priority.
Fortunately, French Polynesia is a territory with very limited cases located in Tahiti and Moorea only compared to the global devastation and have reported no cases of COVID-19 on other islands as of today. All four of our resorts have been built on sizeable pieces of land that offer a natural adherence to the social distancing measures.
While our resorts have always maintained strict health and hygiene standards, InterContinental Resorts French Polynesia will reopen with enhanced sanitation and operational best practices in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local health authorities and governmental advisories.
