Our teams are the heart of this hotel and have naturally become part of our CSR strategy. Involving them in our CSR approach through training, sharing, and well-being is one of our key objectives.

Developing our employer brand
We are committed to creating a strong corporate culture, one in which everyone can feel proud to work here. It’s about inspiring our employees, as exemplified by our IHG Inspire Incredible strategy based on a set of core values that invite discovery, encourage empowerment and possibility.
Enhancing well-being at work
Feeling good and fulfilled at work is a great reward. For example, we organize team-buildings and pay particular attention to the ergonomics of workstations. Mental and physical well-being are our primary concerns.


Involving employees in the CSR process
We couldn’t make a success of our CSR commitment without our employees. To this end, we involve them throughout the year in various workshops that will be useful to them at the hotel or at home. We have also created our “Green Team” to find the most appropriate solutions.
Raising our employees’ awareness of sorting, waste and biodiversity
We offer a range of workshops and training courses to help our employees adopt responsible behavior and set an example both at work and at home.


Promoting and sharing local culture
Every year, we organize in-house competitions to showcase our rich cultural heritage: wreath braiding, tattoos… Every year, we also organize the famous ma’a tahiti (an assortment of various local dishes).
Leading and supporting the network
of CSR referents
To ensure strong communication and collaboration, and that CSR issues are integrated into all strategies and operations, we now have a CSR referent for each hotel in the PBSC Group. This rollout has been gradual, as our first CSR manager for the Group was recruited in 2018.
