Sustainability Local Communities
Alone, we would not exist. It is through our local residents, guests, suppliers, partner associations, and the entire community that we are able to provide an unforgettable experience and be who we are.

Share the local culture in an authentic way
Experiencing Polynesian culture through activities is our way to make your stay extraordinary. Every day, an activity with a cultural expert is available for guests to join in, and once a month, a special activity is organized.
Sponsoring local associations
on various CSR themes
We strengthen our ties with the local community by supporting associations committed to social and/or environmental causes through donations or volunteer work. For example, we support Ia Vai Ma Noa for its project to help families in need and its recycling center.

Organizing CSR events for stakeholders
We are there when local schools need us. We invite employees to participate in events and our goal is to develop access to culture and science for local residents and tourism providers by 2028.
Leading and participating in local and international networks of committed companies
We cannot pursue our goals efficiently alone. Working together allows us to move forward in a sustainable way. Our key event remains the island clean-up, organized with several committed companies.

Implement a responsible purchasing policy and increase our sustainable sourcing
Our CSR approach would be meaningless if our purchasing were not included. It means being vigilant about our purchases to take care of people here and elsewhere. We prioritize local purchasing to develop the local economy and reduce our carbon footprint.
Communicating about our CSR initiatives
We inform and raise awareness among our stakeholders (schools, associations, guests, suppliers, etc.) about the efforts we are making to support local initiatives, promote social inclusion, and protect the environment.

Pursue CSR certification
To ensure that our practices meet high standards in terms of social and environmental impact, we aim to obtain “AFNOR RSE Engagé” certification (ISO 26000 standard) in the coming years.
